I have been a customer of your various stores for twenty five years, mainly New Milton. I have been particularly aware of Benita, your lower floor shop manageress. She is an absolute delight in every sense. Lovely personality always smiling, helpful and such a lovely person. I can’t speak highly enough about her. I would like to add this also applies to ALL your staff at New Milton, especially Bridget who I have dealt with for a number of years. Your store is an absolute delight to shop in. What a joy to walk around a department shop,because they do not exist in the so called main town of Bournemouth & only one left in Poole. The staff seemed to be happy & friendly, so that shows that Bradbeers must look after them & appreciate them,not like these big corporation companies. One day young people will not know the word department stores & will regret it because you can't beat feeling the merchandise,instead of ruining the earth & sitting on your bum to order on the Internet so some mad driver can deliver to your door because they have so many parcels to do in a day . ~ Ricardo S

I had never visited this store before What an experience. Every department has so much to offer and experience. There was so much I wanted to purchase. All members of staff were very helpful, friendly and one lovely lady advised where was the best place to park. The cafe offers a wide variety of food and drinks and you even get table service. Great small character department store with some fantastic products, very good for gift shopping. Staff do tend to stand about chatting. Cafe is excellent wonderful manageress and service team. Food quality is great and daily specials . Also wine available (more choice) with your meal. Quality of food very good, value great, service great. This shop can make you fall back in love with shopping. This store has a cook shop, make-up counter, bedding, ladies and gentlemen's clothing, accessories and a coffee shop. Staff are very friendly. Sites can be found in Romsey and in the old Debenham's store in. Salisbury. Furnitue stores can be found in New Milton and Hedgend J7 M27 ~ L T

Bradbeers us a lovely store with very helpful staff. I went for lunch in their cafe and I mentuoned to the waitress that I have some food restrictions. The waitress went to ask what gluten and dairy free choices they have. The chef came out to speak to me, that was so helpful! After a brief chat a tasty meal presented that I knew I could eat. ~ Lola H

I went to the store regarding a Livia coat bought a week ago. Manager Sally was most helpful and professional in dealing with my situation to our mutual benefit. Excellent service. Ordered a coat one afternoon. A short time later I received an email to say it had been despatched and it arrived the following morning. Very impressed with the service and the coat was just what I wanted but had been unable to source locally ~ Margie P

Today we visited the store in New Milton and would like to comment that the service we received was absolutely 1st Class from the Manageress and her staff in the restaurant also the Men's wear department where I purchased a jacket. Lovely old fashioned department store. We always visit the restaurant on the top floor, which has interesting daily specials as well as good toasted sandwiches, baked potatoes and all the things you expect. Bradbeers know their clientele and give them what they need. ~ Kevin D

My favourite shop locally! Always something to buy in the large clothes department. Good brands and quality labels but also less expensive items. Must have good clothes buyers I think! Other than clothes there are excellent departments ie shoes kitchen items. Luggage etc. I love it! ~ mandi s

Big shout out to the lady in the Lingerie Dept - I visited today looking for post-surgery bras; although not fully trained in this aspect, she was very helpful & kind & I found exactly what I was looking for. This will now be my first choice. ~ Karen H

We have visited for afternoon tea for myself and visiting family from Germany. It was outstanding, both food and friendly service. The staff were so nice, I regret not knowing their names, but was a flawless lovely experience. ~ Ruth G

I have been casually shopping this afternoon until I went into Bradbeers in New Milton. I came out with Christmas presents I didn't expect to find. They have some great ideas. Lovely staff and reasonable prices. I'm going back! ~ Barbara M

So nice to have a department store in new milton and I always enjoy a browse. A particular shout out to the assistants in haberdashery who were extremely friendly and helpful when trying to pick out curtain fabric. ~ Tania A

Very old fashioned department store (reminds me of the old 'Are you being served?' TV studio set!!), so don't expect a flashy new store. However, expect good old fashioned service and a wide selection of products. Worth a visit. ~ Stuart M

A real GEM in New Milton , a nice size store , plenty of choice . Second floor cafe , lift available, with excellent menu , daily specials. Friendly staff. Well worth a visit . ~ Roger S
