What a joy to walk around a department shop,because they do not exist in the so called main town of Bournemouth & only one left in Poole. The staff seemed to be happy & friendly, so that shows that Bradbeers must look after them & appreciate them,not like these big corporation companies. One day young people will not know the word department stores & will regret it because you can't beat feeling the merchandise,instead of ruining the earth & sitting on your bum to order on the Internet so some mad driver can deliver to your door because they have so many parcels to do in a day . ~ Ricardo S
I have been a customer of your various stores for twenty five years, mainly New Milton. I have been particularly aware of Benita, your lower floor shop manageress. She is an absolute delight in every sense. Lovely personality always smiling, helpful and such a lovely person. I can’t speak highly enough about her. I would like to add this also applies to ALL your staff at New Milton, especially Bridget who I have dealt with for a number of years. Your store is an absolute delight to shop in. I had never visited this store before What an experience. Every department has so much to offer and experience. There was so much I wanted to purchase. All members of staff were very helpful, friendly and one lovely lady advised where was the best place to park. The cafe offers a wide variety of food and drinks and you even get table service.
